Adult autism assessments, focused entirely on you.

If you've spent years feeling like you're "coping" while privately struggling with overwhelm, social exhaustion, sensory load, or burnout an assessment can help give you clarity and a plan you can actually use.

How our assessments work

Our autism assessment is completed across two appointments, followed by a Multi-Disciplinary Team review and outcome.

1

ADI-R informed developmental & symptom interview (around 2 hours)

A comprehensive interview with a Clinical Psychologist exploring lifelong patterns, current impact, strengths, and support needs, we can offer online or face-to-face sessions for this part of the assessment.

2

ADOS-2 (around 1โ€“1.5 hours)

A structured face-to-face only appointment at one of our clinics.

3

MDT confirmation + report

Your outcomes are reviewed by our MDT, then confirmed in a full written report with clear recommendations.

Your choice: one day or split sessions

You can complete both in one day with a break, or split across two different dates.
