Autism screening, focused entirely on you.

If you're exploring whether autism could be part of your story (or your child's), screening can be a supportive first step to finding some answers. It won't give you a diagnosis, but it can help you decide whether a full assessment is likely to be helpful, and also provide you with clear next steps.

Start with the AQ10 (quick screening tool)

Our AQ10 tool is a short questionnaire designed to give an early indication of autistic traits. Itโ€™s widely used as a screening step to guide whether a full specialist assessment may be appropriate for you or your child, it is not a diagnostic test and is not indicative of a diagnosis.

What you'll get:

A simple, clear result and explanations.
Guidance on what to do next
The option to speak to a clinician free of charge

Free 15-minute consultation with a Clinical Psychologist

If your test suggests autism might be worth exploring, or you're unsure how to interpret your result or you just want to book a call to get some advice about screening, you can book a free 15-minute consult.

This call is designed to:

  • Talk through what you're noticing yourself and why you are considering screening, or discuss if anything has been flagged at home/school/work
  • Explain the difference between screening and diagnosis
  • Help you choose the right next step for the right reasons, with no pressure

Choose the screening pathway that fits you

We offer autism screening routes designed around real-life needs:

What screening involves (at a glance)

Depending on the pathway you choose, screening may include:

Structured questionnaires to explore traits and daily impact

Information from someone who knows you/your child well

For children, school forms/input where appropriate

A clinical review and clear recommendation on next steps

Important: Screening is an indicator, not a diagnosis. If screening suggests a full diagnostic assessment would be helpful, we'll explain exactly what that looks like and what you'll receive.
