Recognising patterns that may have been missed.

Many women spend years adapting. Organised on the outside. Overwhelmed on the inside. You might recognise ADHD traits such as mental restlessness, difficulty prioritising or burnout, perhaps also alongside autistic traits like sensory overload, social exhaustion or masking.

How our Women's AuDHD Assessment Works

For some women, these patterns become more noticeable during major life transitions, including motherhood or menopause, when hormonal changes can amplify difficulties with focus, regulation and sensory sensitivity. When ADHD and Autism overlap, they can be misunderstood, mislabelled or masked for years. Our women-focused AuDHD Assessment explores both conditions together within one structured, multidisciplinary pathway, helping you understand not just what's happening, but why.
